Mr. Jarrell A. Dean, in his 32nd year, surrendered his soul on Monday, February 26, 2018 from Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
Jarrell was born in Okmulgee, Oklahoma on May 9, 1985, the son of Raymond and Theresa [Wilson] Dean, Jr. He grew up in Okmulgee, where he attended the Okmulgee Public School system, graduating from Okmulgee Senior High School with the Class of 2003. While in school, he participated in Football, Track and Power Lifting. He furthered his education at East Central University.
Jarrelll met the love of his life, Halie D. McKee while they were in middle school and began dating at the age of 15. They were united in marriage on June 8, 2014 and their love was blessed with a daughter and a son.
After college, Mr. Dean worked for Anchor Glass in Henryetta. He enjoyed outdoors, riding horses, lifting weights and working out as well as riding 4 wheelers. He also participated in the Pony Express race during the local rodeo's.
He will be missed by all who loved him. Jarrell was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Hettie Dean, Sr.; his maternal grandparents, John and Dorothy Wilson; and his father-in-law, Gary McKee.
He leaves to lament his death; His loving wife, Halie D. Dean; his daughter, Jaylie Daun Dean and his son, Kendall Ray Dean; his devoted parents, Raymond and Theresa Dean, Jr.; his mother-in-law, Lavern McKee; his sisters, Ebony Rachelle Dean and Shaneka Marie [ Leroy III ] Crawford; his brother-in-law, who was more like his brother, Chris McKee; a special dear friend, Gina Reagor; along with a caravan of other relatives and friends.
Service of Memory for Mr. Dean will be held on Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 2:00 PM in the First Baptist Church Church, 5th and Seminole Streets in Okmulgee. Pastor Harold White, Pastor of New Salem Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Northwest Cemetery.
