Mr. Jaymee Kyle Brewer, made his transition from earth to everlasting on Thursday, December 4, 2008 after 21 years.
On March 23, 1987, a beautiful baby boy was born to Tonisha and Terry Vaughn, whom they named Jaymee Kyle.
At an early age, he united with the Loving Mount Calvary Baptist Church, under the pastorage of the late Dr. J. A. Reed, Sr. Nurtured by his grandmother, Joyce L. Jackson whom he lovingly referred to as "Mam" he was active in all aspects of the church, concerning the youth. He especially loved to travel with her and attended local, district, state and national meetings across the country.
Jaymee was a very loving and affectionated person and extremely loving and was loyal to his family. He attended Muskogee Public Schools, graduating from Muskogee High School with the Class of 2005. Jaymee had worked in various fields after graduation and was planning on attending Northeastern State University in January.
He had recently completed a CD, soon to be released. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. Jaymee was preceded in death by his sister, Brittanni.
Those left to mourn his homegoing; "Mam" Joyce L. Jackson, Muskogee, Oklahoma; his mother, Tonisha Brewer Vaughn, Tulsa, Oklahoma; two sisters, Whittanni Brewer, Muskogee, Oklahoma and LaCee Brewer Vaughn, Tahlequah, Oklahoma; three uncles, Tracy Brewer, Muskogee, Oklahoma, Tim Brewer, Austin, Texas and Terrence Jackson, Sherman, Texas; his great-grandmother, Velma Potter, Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandfather, Joseph Brewer, Tulsa, Oklahoma; two aunts, Jo Ann Edwards, Muskogee, Oklahoma and Hedy Mack, Tulsa, Oklahoma; a very special nephew, Jordynn Wilson, lovingly nicknamed "Book," a special friend, Stevie "Nikki" Brown; along with other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be on Friday, December 12, 2008 at 1:00 P.M. in the Mount Calvary Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Booker T. Washington Cemetery in Muskogee.
