Ms. Jeanne Valinda Wimbley Bailey, in her 72nd season, surrendered her soul to Jesus on Wednesday, October 30, 2024, in Muskogee, Oklahoma with her loving family near her side.
The Hour of Remembrance for Jeanne will commence on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at High Noon in The People's Chapel of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors Inc., of Muskogee.

The Christian Committal will immediately follow the services in the Booker T. Washington Cemetery in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
