Ms. Joan Rowland-Freeman, in her 79th year, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday afternoon, February 28, 2024, in Cypress, Texas.
The Final Tribute for Joan will commence on Friday, March 22, 2024 at the Eleventh Hour in the most holy sanctuary of Holy Highway Evangelistic Center in Tulsa.
You may visit Mrs. Colbert, as she slumbers in sweet repose in The All Faith's Chapel of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors Inc., of Tulsa on Thursday, March 21, 2024 between the hours of 2:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
The Christian Committal will immediately follow the services in the Rollings Oaks Memorial Gardens in Tulsa.
