Mr. John Charles Duggan, after 61 years, surrendered his soul on Monday, July 16, 2007 from Muskogee Regional Medical Center.
Mr. Duggan was born in Pryor, Oklahoma on August 12, 1945, the son of Ercel and Eunice [Bruce] Duggan.
He was a longtime resident of Muskogee and was a Vending Machine Repairman for City Vending, and later, for R & M Vending before he retired in 2004. Mr. Duggan attended Trinity Baptist Church with his wife, Jeri and loved hunting, fishing, camping and cook-outs.
He enjoyed reading, but is best remembered as "talkative" by those close to him. Whether he knew you or not, wrong number on the phone or just in passing, he would talk to you.
His parents, infant twin brothers and a sister, Patsy Rose, met him at Heaven's gate. His precious memory reflected upon by; his loving wife, Jeri Duggan, Muskogee; his sons, Jarrod Duggan & wife Andrea, Warner, Oklahoma, James Duggan, Muskogee, and Johnny Richerson, Muskogee; his brother, Robert Duggan, Muskogee; 7 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, Tom & Sherry Justice, Cindy & Jake Mariano and Jesse Justus.
A memorial service for Mr. Duggan will be held on Thursday morning, July 18, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Remembrance of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc.
