The hour of the Final Tribute for Mr. John Paul Moaning will one o'clock in the afternoon on Friday February 19, 2010. The services will be held at Bell Chapel Baptist Church in Okemah, Oklahoma. Visitation will be Thursday from 12Noon until 7PM in Tulsa.
