Mrs. Joyce "Niecey" Barnes, sister, wife, and mother, fell asleep in Rest, Thursday Morning January 9, 2014 in Tulsa.
Her Memorial will be Friday January 17, 2014 at 6PM at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses-Valley Park Congregation located at 2626 N. Lewis Avenue in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Friends may deliver floral arrangements that they wish to be displayed at the memorial the funeral home on Thursday and Friday.
