Mrs. Julia Mary Anderson Deffebaugh, better known as "Mae" to family and friends, was born during the summer of 1959 in Altheimer, Arkansas on July 14th, the precious daughter of Julius and Beatrice Anderson.
She later moved to Summit, Oklahoma at a young age, where she was baptized and ordained under Mother Sennie Mae McKinney's ministry at House of Deliverance in Summit. Under that same ministry, she met Charles R. Deffebaugh, Sr. and she married him at the age of 16. Together, they were blessed with five children; Charles R. Deffebaugh, Jr. [Joan], Julia A. Williams [Adrian], Beatrice J. Deffebaugh, Darron R. Deffebaugh [LyWanna], and V. Nicole Arnold [Deric].
Later in life, they branched off with their own traveling ministry. During their ministry, He was an Evangelist in Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas and eventually back to Oklahoma, until God called him home in 1994. After his passing, Mae worked through the devastation and hardship and held her family together through her faith in God during their loss. She worked in the nursing field during her 30's and middle 40's and she loved spending time with her family and friends. Mae enjoyed fishing, dancing and singing. She mainly just loved being with family and having fun living life. She was the sweetest lady with a huge, loving heart.
Mae was very out-spoken and would speak her mind if needed. If you called her phone and asked where She was, She would say "New York!" If you asked for her phone number, She would say "911 Sha-na-na-na!" She always joked around and made people laugh. she had a great personality and loved watching the news, westerns and the soaps. She didn't like to be distracted when it was time for her to watch her shows. Everyone called her Mae, Aunt Mae or Momma Mae. Years ago, her son-in-law, Deric, gave her the name Momma-Luv, which stuck with her for some years now. When you called her phone, She would answer "Hello, this is Momma-Lov.Com. She had her good days and her bad days, but all of her good days out weighed her bad days!
