Kadence "KK" Kimberly Brown passed away on October 21, 2023, in Tulsa, OK, at the age of 17. Kadence was born on January 25, 2006, to parents Alicia Watkins and Robert Trey Brown in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Kadence was well on her way to graduating from Will Rogers College High School in May 2024, where she excelled as a state-qualifying wrestler and girls' captain, eagerly anticipating her senior wrestling season. Her family and friends fondly remember her for her loving nature, determined spirit, and her ability to light up any room with her laughter. Kadence dreamed of taking her passion for wrestling to the college level. She poured her heart and soul into her sport, serving as an inspiration to her teammates and coaches with her unwavering dedication and skill. Her achievements in wrestling were a source of immense pride for both her and her family, with a promising future ahead. Her caring and joyful presence made an enduring impact on her family, friends, and the entire school community, where she was adored by all.

She is survived by her parents, Alicia Watkins and Robert Trey Brown III; her siblings, Kyleigh Watkins, Kellen Watkins, Joshua Garcia, Robert Brown IV, Ke'Auntre' Brown and Leah Brown; nephew Elijah Watkins; grandparents Ronda Owens and Ray Owens, and grandmother Pauletta Brown. Kadence will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and the school community that cherished her. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who loved and admired her.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather Robert Brown Jr. Kadence's memory will forever inspire and bring comfort to all who had the privilege of sharing their lives with her. Rest in peace, dear KK. Your light will continue to shine in our hearts and memories forever.

The Celebration of Life for Kadence will commence on Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the most holy sanctuary of First Baptist Church in downtown Tulsa.

The Christian Committal will follow the celebration in the sacred grounds of Green Acres Memorial Gardens in Skiatook, Ok.
