Ms. Kathy [Wilson] Dalcour, after 68 years, 5 months and 20 days, surrendered her soul on Thursday, April 10, 2025 from her home in Okmulgee.
Visitation for Kathy will be on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 Between the hours of 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM ONLY at the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., of Okmulgee.
Honoring Her wishes, there will be NO Public Ceremony .
