On the 22nd day of March, 2012, God saw fit to call his child, Kaylynn Ruth Baker home.
Affectionately referred to as "Kay Kay", She was born on July 11, 1988 to Reverend Earl and Barbara Marie Baker, II and accepted Christ at an early age. She was a member of the Saint Thomas Primitive Baptist Church in Summit, Oklahoma. Kay Kay served the Lord as acting Sunday School Superintendent, Sunday School Secretary, Minister of Music and was active in other church activities, where her father serves as Pastor.
Kaylynn attended Okay Public Schools from pre-school to graduation. She was on the basketball and volleyball teams. After graduation, she attended Connors State College and later, Bacone College on a music scholarship, with a Psychology Degree as her goal.
She spent her spare time enjoying her hobbies; singing and fishing. Kay Kay spent many hours bonding with her "best friend", her dad. She will always be remembered for her laughter and caring for others, especially her mother.
Those awaiting her eternal arrival; Edd and Jesse Robbins [grandparents], Ruby J. Baker [grandmother], Donna Baker [Aunt], and Anthony "Tony" Baker [Cousin].
She leaves to cherish her memory; her parents, Reverend Earl and Barbara Baker, II; her siblings, Cherrelle Lynn, Earl III, Ed, Jaelle and Rhyan, all of Wagoner, Oklahoma; other siblings from the union of Earl II and Mayetta Baker, Kashanna Baker, Janae Baker, Joyce and husband Jeremiah Wright, Rea Baker, Shila Baker, Shannon Baker, Earl Baker, III, all of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her grandfather, Earl Baker, Sr.; Stephanie, of Muskogee, Oklahoma; her uncles, Michael Baker, Sr., David Baker; her aunt, Cathy Baker, all of Muskogee, Oklahoma; uncles, Jesse Robbins, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, John Robbins, Tulsa, Oklahoma; her aunts, Ruth Benson, Ola Harper, Andrea and husband Andrew, all of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Margaret Abernathy, San Antonio, Texas, Geraldine Benson, Velma Reed, both of Gibson Station, Oklahoma, Shirley Brown, Oklahoma City, Eddie and husband Vernon, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; along with a caravan of other relatives and friends.
