On May 29, 2008, a beautiful bundle of joy was born to Shahib Muhammad and Tonnesha Cherry. They named him Ke'Shawn Shahib Muhammad. This precious son was blessed with a big and beautiful family who loved and cared for him dearly. He was a jolly baby with a beautiful smile that would capture your heart and make you fall in love with him.


Ke'Shawn, after almost 8 months with us, "took wings with Angels from Heaven" on Monday, January 26, 2009. Those he joined in Glory; Erugic Tiger, Eric Green, Muslim Muhammad, JoAnn Green, Treva Cherry, Vernon Jackson, Dasha Jackson and Verna Lee.


His family left to cherish his precious memory; his loving father and mother, Shahib Muhammad and Tonnesha Cherry, Muskogee; his Maternal grandparents, Martin and Vicky Cherry, Muskogee; his Paternal grandparents, Muslim Muhammad, Oklahoma City and Shawna Green, Tulsa; Maternal great-grandparents, Joyce Lolles, Muskogee and James Cherry, Tulsa; Paternal great-grandmother, Katie Livingston, Tulsa; a loving God-mother, Nicole Norwood, Muskogee; along with a caravan of other dear, loving family members who will lament his passing.


The Service of Memory will be on Monday, February 2, 2009 at 11:00 A.M. in the St. Mark Baptist Church, 1020 S. 2nd Street in Muskogee. The Christian committal will follow in the Booker T. Washington Cemetery in Muskogee.

You may visit Keshawn, as he slumbers in peaceful repose at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 1 PM to 3 PM.
