The Hour of Remembrance will commence on Monday, November 17th, 2025, at the Eleventh Hour in the Antioch Baptist Church - Tulsa, Ok.
You may visit Mr. Stovall on Sunday, November 16th, 2025, between the hours of 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM in the All Faiths Chapel of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors - Tulsa.
Burial will follow immediately after services in the Green Acres Memorial Gardens located in Skiatook, Oklahoma.
