Laura Ann Williams was born to Harold F. Williams Sr. and Romanita Aqullar on June 14, 1956 in Wells Country, Indiana.  Laura was one of four children.  She attended Bluffton Harrison High School in Indiana and later married Tim Spencer and moved to Tulsa, OK. For many years Laura worked in retail and even drove an ice cream truck who was also known as "Ice Cream Laura".

She later began studying the Bible with Jehovah's Witnesses and was baptized on October 21, 2006.  She enjoyed her service to Jehovah and faithfully attended meetings, regularly participated in the field ministry, and loved the friendships of her spiritual family. Laura would keep sticky notes posted around the house as reminders to study the Bible and pray to Jehovah before getting out of bed. She never had children but loved her dogs that she called her "babies" (Cho-Cho, Sebastian, Harold, and Sophie). Despite some of life's challenges, she was always smiling, would make you laugh and was a joy to be around.

Laura leaves to mourn her three siblings, Florence Morgan, Harold (Chico) Williams Jr, and Edward Williams, her nieces Rowena Waldron, Anita Waldron, Angela Baublet and her nephew Thomas Baublet, a great niece, a great nephew and great-great nephew all currently living in Indiana. She also leaves a host of other friends who were like family to her in Oklahoma.
