Mrs. Lavada W. Chappell, after 88 year, "fell asleep in Death" on Monday, April 8, 2019 from Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Funeral service for Mrs. Chappell will be on Friday, April 12, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 2710 South 32nd Street in Muskogee.
Interment will follow at 1:00 PM in the Fort Gibson National Cemetery, Fort Gibson, Oklahoma.
You may visit Mrs. Chappell on Thursday from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM at the funeral home in Muskogee.
