On the 11th day of June, 1955 a ray of sunshine burst into the lives of Lee Earl, Sr. and Faye B. Brown with the birth of their baby boy. They named him Lee Earl, Jr. Lee Earl Jr. spent his childhood in Buford Colony and united with Buford Colony Church of God in Christ. He received his education in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. He later enlisted in the United States Army from June 24, 1974 to June 23, 1976.
Preceding him in death were his Grandparents, King, Sr. & Marie Brown, Ulysses Owens, Dock., Jr. & Cleola Patterson, his brother Darryl Ray Brown and his father Lee Earl Brown, Sr. He leaves to mourn: his children Tameka Brown, Lakesha Brown, Victoria Brown and Lameka, Tulsa, OK., his mother Faye B. Brown, Buford Colony Sand Springs, OK., brothers: Paul Owens, Ingelwood, CA., Major Brown, Hollywood, CA., Marcus Brown, Sr., Tulsa, OK., and Marcus Brown, Jr., Jacksonville, NC., sisters: Teresa Moore (Marvin), Anita McLaurin (Oscar), Tina Brown, and Lanecia Hamilton, Tulsa, OK., seven grandchildren, one great granchild, along with a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Services will be Friday June 26, 2009 at 11AM at the All Faiths Chapel in Tulsa. Visitation will be 12Noon to 5PM.
