A beautiful baby girl was born to Dora Childs and Bob Morris in Bristow, Oklahoma on June 2, 1945 The couple welcomed a daughter, Lovenna into the world. Lovenna attended Bristow Public School in her elementary years before moving with her father out of state. She returned back to Oklahoma with three beautiful children that she loved dearly, as she had a heart for kids and loved working with them. Her career started at Jackie's Daycare where she worked with children and drove the nursery van. She later changed jobs and was a bus driver for Tulsa Public Schools transportation for 30+ years until her illness. Lovenna was a very quiet person who always stayed to herself unless you called her and invited her to an event. Then she would be there to support it. She loved going to rodeos, motorcycle rallies and most of all playing cards with her family members. She loved playing Spades. Lovenna loved supporting her two grandsons Rico and Keonte that she raised. You could see her on football nights in the stands cheering them on. No matter what the weather was like she was there. She supported all of her grandchildren in whatever they were doing.

During her lifetime she attended St. Andrew Baptist Church, On June 5, 2015 Lovenna answered the call from the lord to come home. Her last days were spent surrounded by those she loved, her family and friends. To cherish beautiful memories of her life she leaves behind her mother Dora Childs, Tulsa, OK one son Edwin Morris, Tulsa, OK, one daughter Barbara Morris, Tulsa, OK five grandchildren, Rico, Keonte, Shaterica, Keontre, Tylisa all of Tulsa, OK six great-grandchildren Ja'Karri, Zhione, Brooklyn, Kaniya, Heaven, KJ, Three sisters Lisa (Joe)-Tulsa Cynthia, Glenda, Tulsa, OK, one Brother – Calvin Ray (Betty), a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Family and Friends.Preceding her in death her father Bob Morris, Daughter Ruby Morris, and Husband William T.

Her services will be Saturday June 13, 2015 at 11AM at St. Andrew's Baptist Church in Tulsa.

Visitation will be Friday from 12Noon until 7PM in Tulsa.
