It all began in Wybark, Oklahoma, when Wayman George and Emma Cotton were blessed with a bouncing, baby boy on September 19, 1944. They named him Lucious William Cotton.
Lucious accepted Christ at an early age, at the Oak Grove African Methodist Episcopal Church, where he attended with his father. While growing up, he attended school at Oak Grove, Okay and Wagoner Schools.
Lucious was always on the go, making a deal, some very good, some very bad! Mr. Cotton loved feeding people and helping people. He would work around the farm with his father, doing various jobs. Lucious was well loved by an abundance of people.
After 67 seasons of life, Lucious William Cotton made his transition from Earth to Everlasting. He was preceded in death by his parents, three sisters, two brothers, a daughter, Linda and a loving aunt, Carnetta Starnes.
