Obituary

Mr. Mack Lee Gray, Jr. in his 93rd season answered the Master's call on Monday, December 28,2015 from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Mack Lee Gray, Jr. was born on November 3, 1922 to Mack Gray, Sr. and Cleopatra Gray. He attended public schools in Hammond, Texas. Mack confessed Christ early in life and joined Shiloh Baptist Church in Hammond, Texas. Upon relocating to Tulsa, Oklahoma he joined membership with Mount Zion Baptist Church.

He was united in Holy Matrimony in 1947, to Alma Harris. Mack enjoyed attending rodeos and horseback riding as his hobbies. He will be fondly remembered for his stylish dress ethic, always dressed in suit, tie, and hat.

Mack retired from Telex in 1985 with Twenty eight years of service.

Mack was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather, four sisters, five brothers, one grandson, and four great grandchildren. He leaves to cherish his memory: two daughters Charlie Mae Darwin and Peggy Chiles, two sons, Mack Gray III, and Herbert Gray, all of Tulsa, OK. two sisters, Caroline Edwards and Catherine Minnett of Calvert, Texas, twenty one grandchildren, thirty four great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friend.

Friends are welcomed to join in the home going celebration for Mr. Gray on Wednesday, January 6, 2016, at 12noon inside Biglow's All Faiths Chapel in Tulsa.

Friends may visit on Tuesday from 1PM until 6PM.
