Obituary
On February 4, 1980, he married the love of his life, Alberta Lewis. Their union was blessed with four children, Portia, Mark Jr, Morris, and Adrain. Mark had a love for his family and loved being in the yard, doing yard work.
Mark transitioned to peace and eternal rest Sunday morning, January 13, 2019 in his family home surrounded by loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Wanada Hutton, Janie Monteilh, Lorene Miner and brothers, Morris Behn, Joseph Behn and Austion Behn Jr.
Mark Leaves to cherish his memories; his loving and devoted wife Alberta Behn, Children Portia Pouncil of Sand Springs, Mark Behn Jr., Morris (Angie) Behn, Adrain Behn of Okmulgee. Sisiters, Hartense Behn and Greta Behn of Okmulgee and Rev. Eli (Patricia) Behn of Okmulgee. Bestfriend/Brother Mark Ward of Dallas,TX.
Grandchildren; Delvin Jordan Jr, Dasia Jordan of sand Springs, Marcavious Behn of Tulsa , Ariel Behn, Melic Behn, Martray Behn, Lapatrick Vann and Trelon Behn of Okmulgee, along with a host of other family and friends.
Service of Memory for Mr. Behn will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 12 Noon in the St. Matthew's Missionary Baptist Church. The Pastor, Reverend McKinley Rice will officiate. Burial will follow in the Okmulgee Cemetery.
You may visit him, as he slumbers in peaceful repose at the funeral home in Okmulgee on Friday from 12 Noon until 6 PM.
