Obituary

Mrs. Mary Louise Antwine, in her 61st season, "dozed into the peaceful rest of eternal slumber" on Friday morning, June 24, 2011 from her home in Beggs, Oklahoma.

On May 25, 1950, a beautiful baby girl, who they named Mary Louise, was born to Louis Scott and Lillian Barbee in Beggs, Oklahoma.

She attended Tolon, Wheatley and Beggs High schools.

Louise married Burnis Arnell Antwine on September 20, 1968, and to this union two sons were born: Terry and Marlon.

For the majority of her life Louise was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing, quilting and being surrounded by children and family. She always had a smile and a kind word for everyone. Later Louise worked taking care of others through May's Plus Home Health Care agency as a certified home health aide. You could always find a delicious home cooked meal anytime at her home.

Louise was baptized and united with the Spring Bluff Baptist Church under the leadership of Reverend James Phillps and later attended the Greater Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Her parents preceded her in death.
