On April 12, 2018 Mary Ann Samuels advanced from "Earth to Everlasting Peace" to be with the Lord with her family and friends by her side.

Mary Ann was the first born child of three on July 4, 1946, in Greenville, Ga.  She has devoted her life to serving the Lord Jesus Christ, and embarked on a journey to be great friend to many and a devout and loving mother and grandmother.

Mary Ann attended Tulsa Public Schools beginning with Dunbar Elementary School, followed on to Carver Middle School, then graduating from Booker T. Washington High School, honorary class of 1964.  She later attended North Eastern Oklahoma College.  She was employed by Chase Bank where she worked as a Unit Clerk.

Proceeding her exodus to rest were her parents, father Kelsey Jackson and mother Mary Liza Jackson (Woodard), and her brother John Jackson.

Those left to honor her memory; brother and sister-n-law Bobby and Emma Jackson, Tulsa, Ok; sons Keelan Jackson, Okla City, Ok, Lamar Samuels, Tulsa, Ok, twins Rande Samuels [Lil Twin], Pensacola, FL, and Brande Samuels [Big Twin], Tulsa, Ok; Aunts Josephine Wilson and Wylene Alford, Atlanta, GA; cousins Robert Lewis Wilson, College Park, Ga, Margaret Jackson [Susie], Atlanta, Ga, Betty Dunlap, College Park, Ga; grandchildren: Keenan Jackson, Ashley Samuels, Amarie Samuels, Bryana Samuels, Lamarion Samuels, Tulsa, Ok, Paige Samuels, Woodbridge, VA, Jaiden Samuels, McDonough, Ga; along with a slew of many more cousins, other relatives, and a host of friends to include best friends: Juanita Littlejohn, Mayola Foster, Joyslon Roland, Barbara Morgan and many more who've touched her life and will miss her deeply.

Funeral Services for Ms. Mary Ann Samuels will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at the Eleventh Hour at Shiloh Baptist Church in Tulsa, OK.
