On July 3rd, 1957, a baby boy was born to Lucille Carter and Jesse Trimble and they named him Maurice Glenn Trimble.
Maurice was born and raised in Muskogee by his Mother Lucille Palmer and his devoted step-father Jesse C. Palmer
Maurice attended Muskogee Public Schools graduating from the Muskogee High School Class of 1976.
Maurice & Ruby Anderson gave birth to a son Randy Anderson.
Maurice later met a very special friend Carolyn Whitaker(Donyell) and they had been inseparable since his last days on this Earth.
Maurice was a General Laborer for many years until he retired.
Maurice loved to play Dominoes, Cards, enjoy time around His Brothers, Daddy JC, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends. He always reminisced about His Momma & Always looked forward to the visits with His Son(Daughter-in-law & Granddaughter) when they would come down from Atlanta Georgia.
Maurice gave his life to Christ at an early age while attending Mt Pleasant Baptist Church in Porter, Oklahoma, with His Mother, Two Brothers, and His Big Moma.
In the early morning at about 3:00 AM on January 16th, 2023, Maurice left this Earth and transitioned into glory to be with the Lord.
He was preceded in death by his Parents Lucille Palmer, Jesse Trimble. Grandparents Ezell and Beatrice Carter; Bettie and Matthew Palmer. His Great Grandparent; Aunts, Marie, Joyce, Princess Palmer & Versa Gray; Uncles, Thomas-Skippy, Gene, Vernon-Wolf Palmer & Willie Gray. Along with many other Special Cousins and Friends.
Maurice leaves to Cherish his Memory of His Father Jesse Columbus Palmer of Muskogee, Ok; his son Randy(Shawnie)Anderson of Atlanta Georgia; grandchild, Sourie Anderson of Atlanta Georgia; two brothers, Jesse Lyn Trimble(Faye McClain) & Leonard Eugene Trimble of Muskogee, Ok; aunts, Nettie Mae Palmer of Tulsa, Ok, Mackie Palmer of Kansas City, Shirley Palmer of Tulsa, Ok, Margaret Love Trimble of Tulsa Ok, Julia Palmer of Muskogee; uncle, Jimmy Earl Carter of Muskogee, Ok; George Palmer( Charlene) of Oklahoma City; Roman Palmer(Charlotte) of Kansas City; Nathaniel Trimble of Tulsa, Ok; two nieces - Shalana Buchanan(TyReece) of Tulsa, Ok and Nisha Freeman of Muskogee, Ok; nephew - Lorin Freeman of Midwest,City; 7 Great-Nieces and 1 Great-Nephew - ShaReece, ShaNeece, Tyeece, TyRee'lle Buchanan all of Tulsa Ok; Imari, Nishari, Essence, and JaCouri Freeman all of Muskogee; Special Cousins- Jackie Mack, Pamela Dyer, Joyce Lowe, Wolette Gray, Larry Miller, Terry Lee Townsell, Ronnie Dee Singleton, Donetta London(Kevin) Kenneth Carlis(Mona) Keith Palmer(Deelaine) Kenneth Palmer, Spencer Lawrence, John Robinson, Renetta Palmer, John Mayberry, Adra Mayberry, Yolanda Parker, James Parker, Matthew Palmer, Thomas Palmer, Karen Pittman,Tony Palmer, Margaret Ford-Bitty all from Muskogee, Tulsa, Kansas, Oklahoma City and Dallas.
Service of Memory for Mr. Trimble will be held on Saturday, January 28, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the most holy sanctuary of the New Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Reverend Kenneth Palmer will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Booker T. Washington Cemetery in Muskogee.
You may visit Mr. Trimble, as he slumbers in peaceful repose at the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., of Muskogee on Friday, between the hours of 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
