Mrs. Melissa Ann Welch, after 45years, dozed into eternal peace on Sunday afternoon, April 2, 2023 from Saint Francis Hospital in Muskogee.
Cremation for Mrs. Welch will be under the direction of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., through our Muskogee Chapel.
