On May 23, 2006, a baby girl was born to Alonzo Fields, JR., and Pearl Neal. They named this little bundle of joy Mildred. She attended school in Okmulgee, and formally belonged to Eastside Baptist Church. She later married William Payne and moved to Grayson, OK. In her former years, Mrs. Payne moved to Haskell Nursing Home. It was there she departed this life for an eternal blessing on December 17, 2006. Her only son, Kenneth Fields preceded her in death. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: a niece, Lucinda Fields; two nephews, Alonzo Fields, III, and Thomas Fields, JR. (Hutchinson, KS), and a host of other relatives, and a special friend Ruby Fisher.
