Mr. Noel Armstead Robbins was born to the late Tommie E. Robbins Sr., and Willie Mae (Walker) Robbins on November 16, 1947, in Muskogee, Oklahoma.

Noel was born and raised in Muskogee, where he began his early education moving onto graduate from The Historical Manual Training High school, Class of 1966. After graduation, he continued his education at Northeastern Oklahoma, pursuing his goals with determination and a strong work ethic.

Soon after, Noel enlisted in the United States Army. He served as a Military Police (MP) officer during the Vietnam War, where he displayed courage, leadership and deep commitment to his fellow soldiers.

After returning home, Noel Robbins continued to live by those same principles throughout his career and personal life. He was known for his humor, his devotion to family and friends and his willingness to help others.

Noel met the love of his life, Arva Lee (White) Robbins, at a Sadie Hawkins dance, and later married, creating a union that lasted 54 years and resulted in the birth of two beautiful daughters, Windi Noel Robbins and Sara Lynn Robbins.

A devoted Methodist and lifelong member of Spencer United Methodist Church, he was steadfast in his beliefs and outside of his service and faith, Noel had many passions that reflected his joyful and thoughtful nature. He had a deep appreciation for jazz music and loved spending time with friends and family playing cards, dominoes, and Scrabble, or working on puzzles that challenged his sharp mind. Noel also found peace and fulfillment in gardening, nurturing his plants

Noel Robbins will be remembered for his sense of duty, his kind heart, and his unwavering faith. His life stands as a testament to hard work, patriotism and love for his community.

Preceding Noel in death are his  wife Arva Lee (White) Robbins; his parents, Tommie E. Robbins Sr. and Willie Mae (Walker) Robbins; his sisters, Carol Ann Young and Wanda Broadnax and  his Brother In-Law John White

Noel is survived by His Daughters,  Windi N. Robbins, Sara L. Robbins and Gianna Nabbimba; his very very special niece Donna K. Jones-Hamilton; His Grandchildren, Sophia, Malachi, Samuel  and Daniel; His Brothers: Tommie E. Robbins Jr. and Donald W. Robbins; His Sisters; Elaine Scott and Kay E. Jones. His In-Laws, Robert White and Veronica Pickett and many loving cousins, nephews, nieces, close friends and loved ones.

Mr. Noel Armstead Robbins, after 77 years with us, received his rest on Sunday, October 5, 2025 from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Service of Memory for Mr. Robbins will be held on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 10:30 AM in the People's Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc. of Muskogee.

You may visit Mr. Robbins IN TULSA, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 between the hours of 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

You may visit Mr. Robbins IN MUSKOGEE on Thursday, October 16, 2025 between the hours of 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM

Burial will follow the service on Friday at 12:30 PM in the Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
