IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Noel Lee
Stacy
March 24, 1959 – December 3, 2024
Noel Lee Stacy, 65, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, passed away on December 3, 2024, surrounded by his family and friends at Saint Francis Hospital in Muskogee.
Noel was born on March 24, 1959 in Muskogee, Oklahoma to Charles Stacy and Charlene Weatherford Stacy. At the age of 5, Dell Battles entered his life where he would continue the work of making Noel into the man everyone came to know and love.
Noel was a true people person, always eager to connect with others. He found joy in the simplest things, like getting to know someone new. A proud member of the Bedouin Shrine Temple and Masonic Lodge since 1986, he was also a seasoned chili cook-off competitor, winning awards for his mouth watering creations over the last 30 years. You could always count on him at Gas And Supply, where he knew exactly where to find that hard-to-find part.
An avid outdoorsman, Noel loved the peace of the early morning hunt from his cozy deer stand and the thrill of a day on the water. He was also a passionate sports fan, cheering on NASCAR drivers. Watching his granddaughter Baylee play basketball and softball, and his grandson Racen race motocross and dirt track cars brought him more joy and pride.
Most importantly, Noel cherished his family. He took great pride in watching his children and grandchildren grow, often sharing stories and laughter with them.
Noel was beloved to all who knew him, especially his family and friends. He is preceded in death by Charles Stacy, Dell Battles, Doyle Stacy, George and Joanne Bean, Jeff Downing, and Tom Basil. His absence will be felt by his wife, Stephanie Stacy; his mother, Charlene Battles; his brother and sister in law, Joel and Judy Stacy; his son, Brian Stacy and wife Christina; his daughter, Jessie Alexander and husband Zach; Sister-in-laws, Stacey Downing and Sydney Basile; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and B.S.S.'s. His legacy lives on in the hearts of his grandchildren Baylee Hall (Coach B), Racen Dell Stacy (Ray Dawg), Nora Alexander (Mudkitten), and Oliver Alexander (Tank).
The Hour of Reflection for Noel will commence on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 at the Tenth Hour in the most holy sanctuary of First United Methodist Church located at 600 E. Okmulgee Street in Muskogee.
