Mr. Norman "Bug" Cole, Jr., in his 77th season, surrendered to the will of the Lord on Monday, February 13, 2012 from his home in the Tolon Community of Beggs, Oklahoma.

Mr. Cole was born in Edna, Oklahoma on April 23, 1934, the son of Norman Cole, Sr. and Ida Mae [Tate] Brooks.

He worked as a heavey equipment operator before his retirement.

Better known as "Bug" to family and friends, he attended school in Edna and Slick, Oklahoma and enjoyed working on cars.

A lifelong resident of the Beggs area, Mr. Cole was a member of Saint Mary's Christian Center and will be missed by all who knew him.

The Service of Memory for Mr. Cole will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 10:00 AM in the Saint Mary's Christian Center. Pastor Thaddeus Thompson, Sr., Pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Beggs City Cemetery.

You may visit Mr. Cole, as he slumbers in peaceful repose at the funeral home in Okmulgee on Friday from 10 AM until 6 PM.
