Obituary
Mr. Oscar Triggs, after 75 years, answered the Master's beckoning on Tuesday evening from the Haskell Care Center.
Mr. Triggs was born on January 26, 1932 in Boynton, Oklahoma, the son of Sterling Triggs and Tennessee Wright.
He worked as a construction laborer and attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Boynton.
The farewell to Brother Triggs will be on Saturday, August 18, 2007 at 2:00 P.M. in the Wheatley Community Center in Boynton, Oklahoma. Reverend Anthony Folkes, Pastor of Mt. Zion Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will follow in the Cane Creek Cemetery, Northwest of Boynton.
You may visit Mr. Triggs, as he slumbers at the funeral home on Friday, August 17, 2007 from 12 Noon to 6 PM in Muskogee.
