Osie "Cookie" Louise Mcquarters' Obituary
Services for Ms. Cookie McQuarters will be Friday February 26, 2021 at 1PM at Friendship Church in Tulsa.
Interment will follow at Green Acres Memorial Gardens in Skiatook.
Friends may visit "Cookie" as she rests on Thursday from 1PM until 6PM in Tulsa.
The viewing will start at High Noon at the Friendship Church and there will be no viewing at the end of the service.
