Miss Pamela Jordan, after 61 years, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Miss Jordan was born on June 7, 1953 in Morris, Oklahoma, the daughter of Alonzo and Earnestine [Rentie] Jordan, Sr.

She grew up and attended school in Okmulgee. After graduating from Okmulgee, she furthered her education at Langston University and Northeastern State University.

She was a dedicated Elementary Education School Teacher for Okmulgee Public Schools before she retired. She was a faithful member of Evening Light Saints Church of God and will be missed by all who knew her.

The Sacred Farewell will be shared on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 2:00 P.M. in the First Baptist Church of Okmulgee. Pastor Earnest Jordan will officiate. Burial will follow in the Okmulgee Cemetery.
