Paul Ray Willis went to be with his Lord on December 12, 2025. He was born on March 28, 1968, in Huntington Park, California, and raised in Oklahoma.

He was the son of Karl Ramsey and Ella Bohanon Willis. He was preceded in death by his father and by his sister, Lisa Haslett. He is survived by his wife, Lisa, his daughter, Erin Willis, his brother, Bruce Willis, and his sister, Nan Willis, as well as many nieces and nephews.

During his young age/youth, Paul was known for his quiet nature and intelligence. He became a Christian around the age of 11 years old at Green Hill Baptist Church and remained involved in church activities and mission trips in his youth.

After high school, where he earned several awards for excellence in mathematics, Paul continued his education with some college and completed business school. He also proudly served in the United States Navy for 4 years.

Paul also believed in doing his job well and took pride in his hard work. He was respected for his reliability and commitment to any job he had.

He enjoyed football, having played through junior high and high school, and remained a devoted Oklahoma University fan. In addition to playing sports, he was also involved in band. Paul also loved the companion of his dogs.

He was especially close to his sister Nan, and one cherished memory shared by family is of him playing kickball in the front yard with his nieces where they were quietly laughing and he was watching over them. Many will remember how he called his younger sister “Lusa Lisa,” a nickname that still brings laughs and smiles today.

Paul will be remembered as friendly, polite, and always willing to help others. His legacy lives on through the lives he touched.

A Family Conducted Memorial Service will commence on Saturday, January 3, 2026 at the Eleventh Hour at the Green Hill Baptist Church, located at 41641 Green Hill Road, Talihina, Oklahoma.
