Mrs. Pearline Pouncil, in her 82nd year, "dozed into the tranquil peace of eternal slumber" on Thursday morning, September 15, 2016 with her loving family near her side.

Pearline Grayson was born in Haskell Oklahoma on February 8, 1934. She was the youngest daughter of Roy and Corene Grayson. Both whom preceded her in death.

She married Vernon Tecumseh Drew Sr. and 11 children came from their union. Vernon preceded her in death 1980. Later in life, she married Clifford Pouncil.

Pearline found Christ at an early age and continued practicing her faith until the end. She started her career in the medical field and later returned to school for her real estate license. She continued in the Realty industry and obtained her broker's License. If that was not enough, she returned to school and became a licensed insurance agent.

Pearline was always striving for improvement and bettering herself, which she instilled the same initiative in all of her children and grandchildren. Hard work was her understanding of improvement and success in life. She will always be affectionately remembered by so many. Pearline was known for her organization skills and meal preparations. She was always willing to feed anyone in need. Her kitchen was always opened, no one was ever turned away. The grand kids will always talk about and remember Grandma's "Big Cakes

Pearline, in her 82nd year surrendered her soul to Jesus on September 15, 2016 from her home in Muskogee Oklahoma, with her loving family near her side. She was preceded in the death by her parents, and two daughters, Wanda L. Drew and Sandra K. Drew-McCleskey.

She leaves behind to lament her passing; three sons, Jonathan E. Drew and wife Liudmila of Moore OK, Howard L. Drew and wife Veronica of Norman OK, and Vernon T. Drew Jr. of Frisco TX; Six daughters Marilyn Jones of Lawton, OK, Donna Brown and husband Dr. Rodney Brown of Tulsa, Dianna D Drew of Aurora CO, Chanell E. Drew of Muskogee, Lisa M. Drew of Tulsa, Lori Drew-Cashaw and husband Darren of Waco TX; 27 grandchildren, 24 great grand, and 8 great great grandchildren. Also, brother Clement Grayson of Kansas City MO. A special nephew Herschel Grayson of Kansas City, MO; And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The Service of Memory for Mother Pearline will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 10:00 AM in the Timothy Baptist Church. Pastor Kelly Payne is the gracious host, Reverend Jerry Washington, the Officiant and Pastor A. H. Jones, the Eulogist. Burial will follow in Doyle Cemetery at Yahola, Oklahoma.

You may visit her as she slumbers in sweet repose at the funeral home in Muskogee on Friday from 1:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
