Funeral Services for Dr. Phillips will commence Saturday June 11, 2022 at 1PM at Boston Avenue United Methodist Church - 1301 S. Boston Avenue.

Friends may begin filing into the sanctuary at approx. 11:45AM.

Viewing for Dr. Phillips will be at Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc. Tulsa Chapel (1414 N. Norfolk Ave. Tulsa, Oklahoma) on Friday June 10, 2022 from 11AM - 6PM . Floral arrangements will be accepted during this time. In lieu of flowers, his family requests that contributions be made to the Dr. Preston J.
