Raymond Tate was filled with a hearty laughter, and a shining smile to match. This bundle of joy was born to Viola & John Tate on April 30th, 1956. Raymond was known for having a heart of gold. He would give you his last if you needed it. He had a serious demeanor with a playful spirit.
Raymond also loved the Lord, and in his earlier years attended church under the leadership of Pastor Taleatha Fagan. After attending Roosevelt Jr. High and Central High School, he went into the United States Army.
Preceding Raymond in death were his parents John & Viola Tate, Grandparents (Ray & Beulah Smith. Grandmothers (Martha Tate & Josephine Harris ) Brother Paul Tate and Sisters Marsha Tate and Debra Tate, Nephew-Jarod Wright and Uncle Clarence Tate
Those left to mourn his memory are his significant other Debra Ross. Siblings, Nathan Tate, Patricia Tate, Janet Tate (Sidney) Tammie Wright (James) and Dena Kinchion. His Aunt, Catherine Colbert as well as a large host of nieces, nephews and cousins that are super dear to his heart.
Mr. Raymond C. Tate in his 67th year, transitioned from life to everlasting on Friday evening, April 12, 2024 from Tulsa, Oklahoma.
A Memorial Service to reflect upon the life of Raymond will commence on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the Eleventh Hour in The All Faiths Chapel of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., of Tulsa.
