Regina was the third child of four girls born on October 8 1962.

Regina attended Tulsa Public Schools; graduating in 1980 from McLain High School and went on to attend Tulsa Community College, taking general classes.

She found employment as a Bank Teller and was very good with finances. She was later employed by Rockwell International as a Technical Mechanic.

Regina and David met while attending church services and were united in marriage February 4, 1991.

After leaving Rockwell she worked a short time as a Dental Assistant and then retired to be a stay at home mom to home school her children.  Regina loved spending time talking to others; especially about the Lord. She had a very giving heart and loved to help others in need. Her laughter was contagious.

'She was preceded in death by her mother Helen Holland and father Roosevelt Collins.

Mrs. Regina Dell Stephens-Harris, after 61 years, left us on Saturday morning January 20, 2024 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Regina is survived by her husband of 32 years, David Jerome Harris of Coweta, OK; her children – JaJuan Martell Baker of Plano, TX,  Brooklyn Brielle Harris of Coweta, OK and David (DJ) Jerome Harris Jr. of Coweta, OK; two grandsons – JaJuan Baker Jr. and Jett Baker of Plano, TX. Regina leaves to cherish three sisters – Portia Waldon, Terri Williamson and Kimberly Williams all of Tulsa, OK. several nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends.

A Service of Memory will commence on Friday, January 26, 2024 at 1:00 PM in The All Faiths Chapel of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc., of Tulsa.

She will be laid to rest at the Crown Hill Cemetery immediately following the services.
