On April 17, 1949 a baby boy was born to George Allen Jordan and Florence Gertrude Woods-Jordan. They named him Acie Jordan. His name is Allen Carl (A.C.) Jordan.  He attended schools in Tulsa and in Sand Springs. His senior year he attended Charles Page High School where he played football.  He graduated May, 1967. While attending school, he worked for Empire Foundry, Tulsa, OK. and later worked for Sheffield Steel, Sand Springs.  His greatest past time was coon hunting.  While attending school, he met Juanita Swimp, who would two years later become his wife. They were married September 8, 1967. To this union eight children were born.

A.C. has always attended Oak Hill Baptist Church, where he was ordained as a deacon and later become pastor. At the time of his death he was the proud pastor of the Oak Hill Baptist Church for Thirty-Six years.

He was preceded in death by his father, George Jordan; mother, Florence Jordan; sisters, Joyce Thomas and Marilyn Jordan; nephews, Donte' Norfleet and Craig Jordan; and niece Rita Gbadamosi.

A.C. leaves to cherish his memory, his loving wife of Fifty-Two years, Juanita, of the home; six sons, Stacy Jordan (Sand Springs), Allen(Jessica) Jordan, Broken Arrow, Adrian (Michelle) Jordan, Owasso, Rev. Cletus Jordan, Sand Springs; Delvin (Kim) Jordan, Sand Springs; Rhonda Jordan, Sand Springs, Alicia (Marcell) Smith, Tulsa; and Jesse (Mary) Jordan, Sand Springs; One brother, William (Sheila) Jordan, twenty-four grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
