Rex Glynn Dean was born on September 28, 1953 in Claremore, Oklahoma, the son of Russell and Ola Mae [Harper] Dean.

Rex was a hard working man, who dedicated two decades to Oklahoma Department of Transportation, where he returned as a TMW-3.  He was the father of three children, Glynda, Amanda and Nathaniel Dean.  Rex loved hunting, fishing, football and cooking, but most of oall, he loved telling a good story.

In his 64th year with us, Rex Glynn Dean made his transition from "Life to Everlasting" on Monday, June 4, 2018 from his home in Muskogee.  He was preceded in death by his mother, Ola;  his father, Russell;  and his brothers, Melvin, Tex and Gary Dean.

He leaves to cherish his memory;  his daughter, Glynda Hubback and son-in-law, Matthew, Muskogee, Oklahoma;  his daughter, Amanda Dean, Amarillo, Texas;  his son, Nathaniel Dean and daughter-in-law, Makaila, Muskogee, Oklahoma;  his grandchildren, Kristen Oliver, Muskogee;  honorary grandchild, Payton West,  Seth Rolette, and Madison Rolette, all of Muskogee, Oklahoma;  one great-grandchild, Haylee Dean; along with other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Celebration of his life will be on Friday, June 8, 2018 at 3:00 PM at Grace Episcopal Church, followed by a dinner in the Parish Hall.
