Rhonda Jean Burleson, age 61 and a resident of Okmulgee, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2013 in Warner, Oklahoma.
Rhonda was born on December 4, 1951, the daughter of Roy and Meda Jean [Kelley] Burleson
in Wichita, Kansas.
She grew up and attended school in Wichita. She relocated to Okmulgee 15 years ago and worked in Housekeeping Services.
Ms. Burleson was a member of New Beginnings Church of God in Christ and will be missed by those who knew her.
She leaves to cherish her memory; her father, Roy [Doris] Burleson, Okmulgee, OK; nieces and nephews she considered her own, Rochelle Stallings, Wichita, KS, Brian [Anita] Stallings, Okmulgee, OK, Towanda
Stallings, Wichita, KS, Adam Stallings, Okmulgee, OK and Michael [Topaz] Stallings, Edmond, OK; her sister, Charlotte [Claborn] Cowans,
OK; and a caravan of other relatives.
The Final Hour with Ms. Burleson will commence on Saturday, May 4, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. in the New Beginnings Church of God in Christ. Elder Jackie Jones, Pastor, will officiate. Burial will follow in Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
