Obituary
Mr. Richard E. Garrett, age 50 and a resident of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, passed from this life on Monday, August 24, 2009 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Mr. Garrett was born in Dade County, Florida, but spent the majority of his life in Okmulgee. He also spent time during his life in California and Florida for short periods of time. He was the owner and operator of REG Construction company.
He enjoyed motorcylces, NASCAR racing, was generally a sports enthusiast and also liked going to the Casinos.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 28, 2009 in the Chapel of Peace at the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc.
