Mrs. Rita Gail Brown of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, went to be with the Lord on May 5, 2023. Rita was born to Edmond Leo Gebhart and Bessie Mae Mcelhannon on January 15, 1957, in Hobbs, New Mexico. Rita was preceded in death by both of her parents. Rita is survived by her husband Dane Ray Brown of Okmulgee, OK; her son, Gerald John Sunby Jr., (Jerry) and wife Amanda of Cleveland, Ok; her daughter, Kimberly Diane Fields of Okmulgee, Ok; four grandsons, Dakota Ivy, ALonzo Fields, Jr., Trystan Sunby and Baylee Crego; five great grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Family Conducted Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 2:00 PM at the family home located at, 427 S. Delaware Avenue, Okmulgee, Oklahoma 74447.
