Robert Earl Anderson was born at home on June 20, 1966 in Tullahassee, OK., on a beautiful sunny day. He was delivered to Mayetta Chappell Anderson and Jewel See Anderson, SR., by Tullahassee's resident mid-wife, Mrs. Kimmie Wilburn.
Robert is the 5th of 6 children. Robert was a effectionate and curious child and grew up under the watchful eyes of his family and the small close knit community. He attended Carter G. Woodson to complete his elementary and high school education.
After graduation from high school, Robert moved to Tulsa, and attended Job Corps for 2 years. After completion of the program, he went to work as a Machinist. Most of his working years were at BD & J Fencing. Due to illness, Robert was forced into early retirement. Although Mr. Anderson, never married, he fathered six beautiful children: Robert and Whitney Anderson by Ms. Terri Lynn Clayton, Alexis and Montrell Anderson by Ms. Tamika Lazenby, Joshua Anderson by Ms. Michelle Sherrill, and Ayson Anderson by Ms. Michelle Carey.
On March 21, 2007 after a prolonged illness, Robert departed this physical plane of existence and made his transition to cosmic essence. He was preceded in death by 1 son, Ayson Anderson, his father, and brothers: Wiley Anderson, and Jewel Anderson, and an uncle, Ricky Ball. He leaves to cheris his memory: his mother, Mayetta Anderson, daughters: Whitney Anderson, Alexis Anderson, sons: Robert Anderson, JR., Joshua Anderson, Montrell Anderson, sisters: Lidna Roland and Diana Anderson, brother Ray Johnson, aunts: June Simmons and Anna Jones, 5 nieces, 1 nephew and a host of dearly loved cousins and friends. Services for Mr. Anderson will be Thursday, March 29, 2007 at 1:30 PM at The All Faith's Chapel in Tulsa. Visitation will be Wednesday in The All Faith's Chapel from 12Noon to 7PM.
