"As We Reflect..."

On February 2, 1930 in Muskogee, Oklahoma a baby boy was born to Helen (Hill) Johnson, affectionately known as "Pinkey" and Ruby Johnson. It was a day the world became a little brighter. Robert lived a full and warm life with kindness.

Robert's employment career was with the Missouri Pacific Railroad. He worked in the maintenance department, moved his way up to brakeman, then was promoted to conductor. Robert worked for 40 plus years, before retirement.

On February 26, 2022, Robert was called by the angels who guided him to his final place of rest. He will be fondly remembered and missed.

Robert leaves to cherish his memory: his spouse, Mirtha D. Johnson of the home; his son, Robert (Vanessa) Johnson; his daughter Belinda Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

Mr. Robert J. Johnson, Sr., after 92 blessed years, left this life on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from Muskogee, Oklahoma.

The Hour of Reflection for Mr. Johnson will commence on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 12:00 PM  in The People's Chapel of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors, Inc.- Muskogee.

The Christian Committal will immediately follow the services in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Muskogee.

You may visit Mr. Johnson, as he slumbers in peaceful repose at the funeral home on Wednesday, March 9, 2022 from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
