On September 20, 1960, a boy was born to Robert and Wanda Sue "Moore" Mahan in Dayton, Ohio. He was given the name Robert Ewing Mahan. He was known to all his family as Robbie. He worked as a truck driver most of his life. He received many safety awards during his years as a driver. He attended school in California and spent most of his life there. He met the love of his life and best friend and they married on June 29, 2001 in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

Robert is survived by his wife, Margaret of the home, siblings: Kathy Stockton, Stigler, OK., Vicki and husband Bert Barnhill, Hartshorne, OK., Patti Boyd, Hartshorn, OK., step-sister, Holly and husband Brent Hattig of Red Rock, TX., step-mother Isabelle Baldi, Regina, Canada, two aunts: Teresa and husband Bill Garner, Red Oak, OK., Dot Rice, San Juan Capistrano, CA., step-children: Chris and Deborah Shrum, Porum, OK., Keith and Judy Shrum, Porum, OK., Tammy Lindsey, Clay Kring, Webbers Falls, OK., Ronnie and Susie White, Gore, OK., step-grandchildren: Julana Shrum, Sefton and Jadrea Shrum, and Brodey White.

Memorial Services for Mr. Mahan will be Tuesday August 27, 2013 at 11AM at First Baptist Church in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma. Wendell Cox will be officiating.
