Roderick was born on August 16, 2004, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Amanda Hopson and Roderick Teague Sr., of the home.

Roderick was preceded in death by his granddad, Howard L. Lee.

On Sunday evening, September 28, 2025, Roderick took flight with the angels into Jesus' arms.

The love he gave and received will echo through the lives of everyone who knew him. Wherever he went he was loved and adored.

He is survived by his father Roderick Sr., of the home; his mother, Amanda Hopson of Tulsa; India Teague of Tulsa; his grandmother, Janice Teague of Muskogee; two brothers, Gabe and Jadein of Tulsa; special cousins, Tationa and Unique; his aunts, Rhondrea, Renita, Pamela Payne, Tonya Brooks, LareRonita, Ashley, NaTaylor and Quiana; his special friend, Ashley; his awesome uncle, John better known as (Jenx); his special uncles, Roc, Brandon, Wayne, Jerry, Mekeion and his very own uncle Poppsy, and his loving aunt Rickesha.

The Final Hour for Roderick Jr. will commence on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the Eleventh Hour in the most holy sanctuary of Evanglist Temple Baptist Church in Muskogee, where Pastor Richard Brooks will preside.

You may visit Roderick, as he slumbers in peaceful repose at The People's Chapel of the Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors Inc., of Muskogee on Friday, October 10, 2025, between the hours of 11:00 AM until 6:00 PM.

The Christian Committal will take place on Monday, October 13, 2025 at the Tenth Hour at the Booker T. Washington Cemetery in Muskogee.
