Mr. Ronald W. Franks, retired veteran of the Air Force, in his 77th year, transitioned from Earth to Everlasting on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 from Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Hospital in Muskogee.
The cremains for Mr. Franks will be taken to the National Cemetery at Fort Gibson, OK during a graveside ceremony with military honors on Wednesday December 15, 2014 at 11AM.
