Roslyn Terice Parker-Golston, born on January 28, 1962, in Wichita, Kansas, to Lola Gilkey and Thurman Jacks, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones. From an early age, Roslyn exhibited a spark for life, beginning her education in Denver, Colorado, at the age of five. The family soon returned to Wichita, where she graduated from West High School, a place that shaped many of her youthful memories.
Roslyn furthered her education at Wichita State University, earning an Associate's degree in Arts. Throughout her life, she embraced a variety of careers, but her true passion lay in real estate. As an accomplished assistant manager at a local real estate agency, she thrived, guiding many with her keen insight and commitment.
Her life was enriched when she met Marshall Logan, with whom she shared a deep bond for fifteen wonderful years. Marshall was not only her partner but also her confidant and caregiver, standing faithfully by her side until her final moments.
Beyond her professional life, Roslyn had a heart full of kindness. She loved visiting casinos and was known for her motherly nature, often mentoring those around her. Her bright spirit touched many, and she shared her wisdom and joy with everyone she encountered. Roslyn was a passionate individual who strongly believed in nurturing relationships, both with those in her immediate circle and with her community.
Roslyn is preceded in death by her grandparents, mother, and father. She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness, cherished by a multitude of brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and her dedicated partner, Marshall. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

The Service of Memory for Roslyn will commence on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 2:00PM in The All Faiths Chapel of Keith D. Biglow Funeral Directors Inc., of Tulsa.
