New Year's Day. January 1, 1969, a bundle of joy was delivered to the proud parents Rose McNeil, and Robert Mack in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, mother and friend who departed her life on this Earth November 14, 2014.

Life on Earth is a transient affair. Just a few brief years in which to prepare for a life that is free from pain and tears, where time is not counted in hours and years. So, death is not said…it is a time for elation, a joyous transition. The soul's emigration to a place where the soul is safe and free to live with God through eternity.

Rotonda attended Elementary and High School in Tulsa. She graduated from Raymond S. McLain High School on June 1, 1987. Rotonda also attended TCC, Tulsa Junior College and majored in Computer Technology, successfully.

Rotonda received Christ as her Savior at a very early age and she continued to service the Lord throughout her lifetime. Rotonda went on to work various jobs while being of service in her community despite her disabilities. Rotonda soon became the mother of two beautiful daughters whom she cherished and loved dearly. Rotonda was a humble and beautiful soul who enjoyed life, family and friends. She was outspoken and would let you know where she stood firm, but with love.

Rotonda was preceded in death by her father Robert Mack, grandmother, Pearline McNeil, brother, Anthony "Pee Wee" McNeil. Rotonda leaves to cherish her memories: mother Rose McNeil, step-father Harold Smith, two daughters: Zhana McNeil, Carmen, McNeil, one brother, Harold McNeil, all of Tulsa, OK, and a host of other relatives & friends.

Services for Ms. Rotunda Mcneil will be Saturday November 22, 2014 at 2PM at Biglow's All Faiths Chapel.

Visitation will be Friday from 12Noon until 7PM in Tulsa.
