On July 18, 1952 a bouncing baby girl was born to Mary Brown and Frank Burley in Tulsa, Oklahoma. They named her Rubye Mornice. She accepted Christ into her life at an early age. She attended Tulsa Public School where she graduated from Booker T. Washington High School with the class of 1970. She then went to work at St. Francis Hospital for 19 years of service.

She is preceded in death by both parents, and her twin brother Rondale. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: three brothers: Wilbert, Charles (Claudia), and Frank, all of Tulsa, OK, a daughter Dwarnetta (Bert), Tulsa, OK, one son Kenneth, Dallas, TX, and a host of grandchildren: Steven, Kedrick, Kaleb, Kyndrikki, Kallynn, JaVencia, Kenneth, Kristopher, Markale, Myles, and Shaycoyce, along with a host of great-grandchildren and well as friends and family.

Her services will be Saturday December 28, 2013 at 1PM at Sanctuary Evangelistic Church on 5th and Peoria in Tulsa.

Friends may visit her on Friday from 12Noon until 7PM in Tulsa.
