Obituary
Sandra Louise [Haynes] Foreman, in her 62nd year of life, passed from this life on Friday, April 8, 2016 from Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Sandy, as she was affectionately referred to, was born in Malvern, Arkansas on July 31, 1953, the daughter of William Allen and Edna [Bailey] Haynes, Sr. She had two brothers and three sisters, Wilson Jerry Marcum, William Allen Haynes, Jr., Mary Ann Jewel, Bonnie Sides and Carrie Brogdon. Two siblings preceded her in death
Later in life, she married Freddie Lee Foreman and they had three children, Mabron Foreman, Lonnie Foreman and Rebecca Preston. Two children preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her mother.
She also had four great-grandchildren, Cody Allen Dale Foreman, Taylor McCrillis, Madison McCrillis and Christian Preston.
Sandy leaves a loving memory for her daughter, Rebecca Preston; A very special friend, Bob Russell, her roommate of 20 year,her father, along with other friends and family
A Graveside Ceremony will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. in the Warner Memorial Cemetery, Warner, Oklahoma. Chaplain Barbie Smith will officiate.
